Safety is not an option. Safety is the standard.

Sprinkler Systems

Sprinkler systems are the most reliable solution for protecting buildings against fire. They automatically detect a fire, report it, and immediately initiate the water-based suppression process. Their greatest advantage is selective suppression—only the sprinklers located near the fire are activated, minimizing damage and water consumption while maintaining maximum efficiency.

Benefits of Sprinkler Systems

  • Automatic and rapid response to fire
  • Selective suppression – only the affected area is activated
  • Reliable protection of people, property, and business operations
  • Option to add foam for enhanced fire suppression
  • Cost-effective alternative to additional fire-resistant barriers
  • Reduces smoke and harmful gases during a fire
  • Rapid restoration of the system after activation

Types of Sprinkler Systems

Conventional Sprinkler Systems

A proven solution for protecting residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. They effectively protect people and property, while the use of water helps reduce smoke and airborne contaminants.

Concealed Sprinklers

A discreet solution for luxury hotels, museums, and modern commercial spaces. They blend seamlessly into the interior, meet high aesthetic standards, and provide complete fire protection.

Preaction Sprinkler Systems

Ideal for areas containing sensitive equipment, such as data centers, server rooms, and IT infrastructure. They provide an additional level of safety by preventing accidental system activation and unwanted water discharge.

How Does a Sprinkler System Work?

A network of pipes fitted with sprinkler heads is installed throughout the building. Each sprinkler head is sealed with a glass bulb that bursts when a critical temperature is reached. This releases water, which is evenly distributed over the source of the fire by the deflector.

The system activates quickly and efficiently—only a few sprinklers are usually needed to extinguish the fire and minimize damage. At the same time, an alarm is sent to the fire department to enable a rapid response.

Control and Monitoring – ESS 5000

The ESS 5000 electronic control panel ensures the safe operation of the system. It controls the fire pumps and enables system monitoring, with an optional backup power supply. It can also be integrated with fire detection systems, making it a comprehensive solution for building protection.
